I have an idea for a custom miniature, soap, fragrance, or other project. How do I contact you and ask for a commission?

Drop us a message! Our Contact form is easy to fill out. Make sure to include a short description of your idea and budget. We typically reply within 24 hours.

Do you accept bulk orders for items?

Bulk Soap or Personal Care orders require 3-4 weeks lead time.

How do I return a product?

Contact Us to begin the return process! Include Order Number, Item(s) being returned, reason for return/exchange.
All returns must be within 14 days of delivery date. All personal care items must be unopened with tamper seal intact.
